Job Summary
The Farm Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services to employees, responding to medical emergencies, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, and conducting health awareness programs to promote employee well-being.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and primary healthcare to employees.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality.
- Conduct health education sessions on workplace safety and wellness.
- Assist in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
- Support routine health check-ups and screenings for employees.
- Liaise with management on workplace health policies and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Practice License in Kenya.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical or occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
