Job Summary
Eastleigh Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is seeking three qualified Medical Representatives to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate information about products, including their benefits, side effects, and proper usage.
Organize and attend medical conferences, presentations, and events.
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and product developments.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activities.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related health sciences.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its products.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A professional and ethical approach to sales.
Proficiency in computer applications, especially sales and reporting software.
