Job Summary
The Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing clinical trial data from collection to reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare field and 3-4 years of experience in clinical research or data management. Key responsibilities include designing data collection protocols, monitoring data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement data collection protocols for clinical studies.
Monitor data quality and perform regular database audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
Prepare clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
Maintain electronic data capture (EDC) systems and databases.
Train clinical staff on data collection procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Support regulatory inspections and audit preparations.
Serve as the primary contact for data-related queries and issues.
Ensure that all data management activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA).
Collaborate with the research team to ensure data is clean and ready for analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
3-4 years of clinical research or data management experience.
Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.
Proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave, REDCap, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
CCDM or ACRP certification is preferred.
Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS) is a plus.
