The Medical Officer in Charge at Valley Hospital will oversee clinical operations, ensuring the provision of high-quality, affordable healthcare. Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBChB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 5 years post-internship experience, three of which must be in a leadership role in a facility of similar size.
- Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) with a valid practicing license.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in strategic planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
