JOB OVERVIEW

The Candidate will be responsible for providing professional healthcare services and nursing care to women or clients in an Inpatient or Outpatient Hospital setting. Basically the Obs Gyn Nurse will have a crucial role in delivering reproductive health services to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing nursing services to patients in the Obs Gyn, outpatient department, MCH-FP and other departments. Administering drugs to patients and monitoring efficacy Monitoring and reporting change of state of the patient's health. Ensuring efficient patient care services by collaborating with other healthcare workers Under Physician's supervision the nurse will be able to order lab & imaging test. Participate and assist senior physicians during medical procedures, treatment and delivering care The nurse will be able to modify the treatment plan of a patient as per the patient's response to treatment. The Nurse will also clients health education on matters related to well being of the patient. Maintaining Good Customer service is delivered to patients by abiding to the company policies and professional conduct ethics.  Participate and collaborate with the logistics team effectively to ensure effective health service delivery. Offer Emergency care services when necessary. Perform any other Duty as assigned by the Supervisor. QUALITY Assist the supervisor in implementing policies, healthcare guidelines, standard operation procedures and policies and recommend amendments when necessary. Do reports on assignments and deliver on time. Keep accurate records and reports as per the Ministry of Health regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or diploma in Nursing. Minimum of 3 years experience post internship Knowledge on EMR (Electronic Medical Records) BLS/ACLS/EMONC Training (Added Advantage) Proficiency in Computer Skills. Valid Practice License. Registration Certificate SKILLS Communication Skills Problem Solving Skills Adaptability & Flexibility Efficient Organizational Skills Attentive to Details.
