Job Description
Old Mutual is seeking to recruit a competent individual to fill in the position of a wellness officer at their company. The wellness Officer will be entitled to promote promotive and preventive health services ensuring consistency in delivery of high quality health services, improving overall patient experience, Interested Individuals should have the following Qualifications: A Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy facility Bachelors degree in Nursing Experience working in a NCD Clinic Previous experience working in an insurance company Vast knowledge about preventive and promotive health services A valid practice license A registration certificate from Nursing council of Kenya SKILLS  Excellent communication skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Excellent Negotiation Skills Integrity and honesty Analytical and Critical Thinking skills Empathy Good Customer Service Basic knowledge of health insurance policies Teamwork and collaboration
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and integrate preventive and promotive health services at Old Mutual. Engage and enroll our clients into disease management programs as well as craft their care plans. Do client discharge for admitted clients as well as organize for homebased care sessions. Organize Client Follow up after discharge Organize and co ordinate wellness programs Provide health talks to our clients. Do analysis of morbidity data and strategize on preventive measures Engage with specialists and other company stakeholders efficiently Monitor management process. Prepare management reports Provide inputs in critical decisions Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
