Job Description
The Nairobi Hospital is seeking a qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Nairobi. The candidate will entitled to monitoring and the implementation of the facility strategic plan that responds to the ongoing needs. The Candidate will also lead in formulation of a Monitoring and evaluation framework, data management and aggregation scheme, write reports, design data collection tools, train staff on data collection and ensure proper usage of the monitoring and evaluation tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 Years Experience
Bachelors degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Science, Statics, Economics or related field from reputable educational institution.
Computer skills Profiency
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Craft a monitoring framework to monitor overall performance
Design systematic Monitoring and evaluation tools
Engage the medical team, ICT closely to integrate M&E information.
Formulate & Implement Data analysis tools for facility activities.
Coordinate and carry out regular survey, compile and integrate data.
Analyze data to ensure accuracy
Support strategy Implementation progress reporting
Provide inputs during Facility performance evaluation.
Provide on site services as the M&E officer.
Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.
