Job Description
Valley Hospital is seeking to recruit a customer success associate who will play a crucial role in improving Good Customer Services which will in return see Valley Hospital grow it's customer base and improved customer retention. Generally the Customer Success associate will be responsible for advocating for good customer services. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree  Knowledge on on Information Technology, end user experience and end user interface designs A minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer support executive or in a related/similar role. Skills: Excellent Interpersonal skills Excellent Communication skills Analytical and Problem solving skills Excellent problem solving skills Excellent decision making skills Computer proficiency  Willingness to learn and implement new ideas
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perfectly engage clients Monitor clients success rates Communicate with our clients efficiently Address customer complaints promptly Work closely with management to ensure customer needs are met Providing simplified explanations of our services to our clients.
