Job Summary
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and handling digital marketing tasks. Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.
Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and product displays.
Take appealing product photos and create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
Implement digital marketing strategies to promote products and drive online sales.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and monitor stock levels, reporting on inventory as required.
Participate in product training to stay knowledgeable about the items in the shop.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to increase sales revenue.

Provide creative input for promotional campaigns and visual merchandising.
Negotiate with customers to close sales and meet targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
A Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in retail, fashion sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong digital marketing skills, including the ability to take appealing product photos and post creatively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A good sense of style and a creative mindset.
Must be teachable and willing to learn new skills.
The ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
