Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling cosmetics and beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in a related field and over 5 years of proven experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to speak Somali being a significant advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Actively sell cosmetics and beauty products to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in cosmetics and beauty.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sales with customers.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
Travel to meet with clients as required.
Use persuasion skills to convert leads into successful sales.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree or Diploma in any related field.
Over 5 years of proven experience in selling cosmetics or beauty products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
The ability to speak Somali is an added advantage.
A deep understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry.
A self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
