Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall flow of surgical procedures.
- Manage patient documentation and medical records.
- Communicate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper equipment functionality and availability.
- Monitor blood loss and manage fluid replacement.
- Assist with patient transfer to the recovery room.
- Provide initial post-operative monitoring and care.
- Document key details of surgery and recovery.
- Assist anesthetists in monitoring patients' vital signs during anesthesia administration.
- Maintain sterility within the surgical field and handle instruments.
- Oversee the overall management of the operating room and patient care during surgery.

Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience.
- Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification (Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
- Born-again, committed Christian with strong moral values.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in handling surgical instruments and sterile techniques.
- Experience with operating room equipment.
- Other Skills:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
