Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be tasked with the following roles:

Provide leadership in driving performance of all departments in the group.
Supervise all branch regional members focusing on regional management.
Drive and own change management.
Promote business efficiency & identify growth opportunity for each branch.
Utilize business tools and technology to optimize business growth.
Promote digitization agenda within the bank.
Deliver excellent recommendable performance achieving set goals.
Collaborate with security team during investigations of incidences actioned through the HR.
Assist the Operations director to ensure smooth operations of the bank.
Attend Kenya Bankers Association meetings in representation of the Bank.
Play the role of Power of Attorney (POA) on behalf of the bank.
Participate on group investments decision making process on invite.
Ensure competence based training is given to the customer service staff.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or Associate Chartered Banker qualification (ACIB/AKIB)

2. Business Process Re-engineering Manager

Job Overview

The candidate will be tasked with development, documenting and implementing of all Procedure Manuals processes in relation to the Group Operations. He/She will serve as a point of contact linking the Group operations procedures manuals and stakeholders. Inorder to create business models the candidate will gather and analyze information from a variety of sources. The candidate may also be tasked with supporting project management activities and fact finding interviews.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will have the following tasks:

Review and align all group operations procedure manual
Deliver the manuals in digitization initiatives
Identify business gaps as wells as proposing measures to achieving process achievements
Achieve Groups strategic goals to improve business performance via automated and non automated business processes.
Collaborate with all the stakeholders during implementation of procedures manuals
Adhere to all policies, values and regulations of the group at all times.
Craft progression reports to be used by management.
Facilitate project management support.
Stay updated on process modelling methodologies.
Train on using project management system.
Ensure all timelines are met on time and progress reports submitted effectively.
Communicate with other project members and closely engage them during the process of procedure manual formulation.
Coordinate workshops among smaller groups.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be based at the treasury operations department mandated with a role in overseeing the financial transactions at the department as well as ensure they comply with the bank regulation measures or policies as enlisted by Central bank of Kenya, Kenya Bankers Association, Kenya Revenue Authority and other bodies.

Duties And Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be tasked with the following:

Monitor submission of all reconciliations
Review all reconciliations
Monitor reports submissions
Follow up non settled funds
Monitor operational efficiency in general.
Follow up on client issues arising.
Monitor errors and reversals and follow up for resolutions.
Follow up unresolved customer queries for solutions
Monitor issues of delayed settlement.
Follow up on long outstanding settlements
Participate actively in testing of new products
Recommend changes to the already in use policy when necessary.
