Job Overview
Coptic Hospital TREE Program looks for a committed, motivated and hardworking individual to fill in the position of an administrative assistant in a research based project on clinical trials to improve the management of Cervical Cancer for women living with HIV. The candidate will technically report to the Principal investigator.
Basically the candidate will assist in the day to day activities within the project office operations perfecting the overall process of the project Inorder to deliver quality work.

Duties And Responsibilities
Successful Administrator will have the following roles:
- Provide all the assistance to the administration that is needed or needs to be done at the field.
- Provide administrative duties to the clinical staff participating in the project.
- Effectively arrange, name, group and update files receipts, inventories and study files.
- Handle all petty cash reconciliation for the project.
- Facilitate the organizing of training forums for international teams by the administrator.
- Mange inventories and ensure supplies and expenses are cost effective and efficient.
- Ensure computers are serviced by qualified personnel on time.
- Present administrative reports during meetings
- Review and document all logs that are maintained by the administrative departments.
- Maintain the use of slack as the means of communication between co-workers, clinical teams and pls.
- Attend , plan and take meeting minutes of all TREE Program meetings.
- Represent TREE Program at any public or external organization.
- Provide creative approaches and measures for effective administrative systems.
- Perform any other task as it could have been given by the principal investigator.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration and Management.
- A minimum period of 3 years in research field is an added advantage.
- Experience in research program is an added advantage.
