Amref Health Africa has implemented more than 180 programmes in Africa benefiting over 40 million Africans.Amref has it's headquarters in Nairobi Kenya, however it has offices across African countries which Include; South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Guinea, Senegal and other parts of Kenya.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Incharge of general Administration of ISRS at Ministry of Health.
- Collect and analyze information from all complaints across the networks.
- Collaborate with all stake holders to ensure that ISRS resources are mapped and facilitated within the country.
- Keep updated records of all specimen transfers .
- Adhere and ensure all regulatory requirements are complied.
- Receive and review ISRS reports form county focal persons.
- Tasked as the primary contact of specimen related enquiries within the departments, clients and project partners.
- Come up with regular reports on specimen volume including chain of custody documentation.
- Stayed updated about relevant information including the guidelines and the regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Registration Certificate from Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist Board (KMLTTB)
- Excellent Knowledge in project planning and Implementation.
- Previous Experience in laboratory management working with national and county governments.
- Familiarity with Government of Kenya health policies.
- Demonstrated ability to transfer skills.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer Profiency -MS Suite.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills.
