Post Mass Net Campaign Assessment Co Ordinator
Job Overview
SoCha Seeks to recruit a competent individual who will be tasked with tasked with Implementation of 2023/2024 post mass net distribution assessment under LISA Programme. This position will be a great link between USAID and LISA assessment team, MoH Kenya, National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) and any other key government stake holders at the county levels.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Liase with key stakeholders to ensure support and involvement throughout the assessment process.
- Effectively engage NMCP to present their findings to stakeholders in meetings and participate in the development of actionable recommendations based on the assessment results.
- Ensure that all NMCP documents are with the stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop an assessment protocol.
- Work with stakeholders to fully provide ground support and direct assessment teams.
- Engage stakeholders to implement quality control schemes. and spot checks.
- Co ordinate with data collection teams to ensure the data is clean and collected accurately.
- Engage data collection team to analyze assessment data.
- Draft an accurate final assessment report showcasing the findings and coming up with recommendations for future adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in health related field.
- Experience working with Sub County and County health Management teams is an advantage.
- Experience in conducting Malaria assessments preferably in Kenya is a Plus.
- Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge on Malaria control initiatives.
- Ability to design and implement data methodology.
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex monitoring efforts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of USAID Program frameworks and reporting requirements.
