REQUIREMENTS
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade ‘C’ (plain).
Grade C (plain) in English/Kiswahili and Biology/Biological Sciences.
Grade C- (minus) in either Chemistry, Physics/Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or General Sciences.
Diploma in Community Oral Health from Kenya Medical Training College or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating in oral health demonstrations, exhibitions, and delivering educational lectures to the community and schools.
Collecting and analyzing data for fluoride testing in water samples, and advising authorities on the findings.
Performing the diagnosis and treatment of common dental conditions.
Executing temporary and permanent dental restorations.
Reducing simple fractures of the jaws.
Conducting dental extractions and disimpactions.
Performing the drainage of dental abscesses.
