Job Summary

The Beauty Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a skincare brand, with a special focus on Korean products. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Sales & Marketing and proven experience in beauty sales. They must be passionate about skincare, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about different skincare routines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively sell skincare products to customers in a retail environment.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on skincare routines and products.

  • Educate customers on the benefits of Korean skincare products and different ingredients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized consultations.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products in the brand's portfolio.

  • Ensure the sales area and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

  • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

  • Provide creative input for in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven experience in beauty sales.

  • Knowledgeable about Korean skincare products and routines.

  • Friendly, confident, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Passionate about helping customers find the right skincare solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
