Job Summary
Rangechem Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage its financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles and systems, strong financial and administrative management skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Handle payroll processing and related tax compliance.
- Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Utilize accounting systems effectively for financial data management.
- Communicate financial information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
- Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance/Accounting option.
- CPA Holder is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of principles of accounting and systems.
- Strong financial and administrative management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
