Job Summary
HCS Affiliates Group is currently partnering with a growing medium-sized labels printing company to recruit three (3) highly focused, energetic, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Executives. These pivotal roles are designed for individuals with a proven track record in sales who are eager to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. The successful candidates will be instrumental in initiating and managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, while nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up the sales process diligently, guiding clients from the initial contact phase through to successful closure.
- Research and analyze sales options to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets for growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, effectively answering their service-related queries both in person and over the phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strive to reach or exceed monthly sales targets consistently, contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals.
- Generate referral business by actively mining existing clientele, leveraging strong relationships and excellent service.
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral that is suitable and effective for the target market.
- Perform any other task related to sales as assigned by the Sales Manager or any other senior authority, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Skills, Competencies, Qualification, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration) with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and a strong track record of success.
- Diploma holders with 3+ years in sales will also be considered, provided they have a strong track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven persuasive power.
- Organized and efficient: ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly growing business environment.
- Strong customer-centric approach, always prioritizing client needs.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
- Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
- Excellent computer skills, etiquette, and work ethic.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
