Requirements
Diploma in Health Records and Information Management from a recognized medical training institution.
Valid registration and professional membership with the Health Records and Information Management Board (HRIMB).
Proficiency in computer applications and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Strong analytical skills and a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Collecting, coding, and indexing patient data and medical records according to international classification standards.
Maintaining and updating the health management information systems (HMIS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Generating periodic health reports and statistics to support clinical audits and county health planning.
