1. Medical Laboratory Technologist (2 Positions)
Job Summary
The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, ensuring accurate diagnosis, and maintaining high-quality laboratory services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory tests for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Collect and analyze blood, urine, and other biological samples.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory specimens.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies in optimal condition.
- Ensure compliance with medical laboratory standards and safety procedures.
- Record and analyze test results, preparing accurate reports for medical staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Valid practising license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Letter from a Pastor confirming good standing in the church.
2. Pharmacist
Job Summary
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on drug use, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
- Provide guidance on medication use, dosage, and possible side effects.
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations.
- Monitor and prevent adverse drug reactions and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Valid practising license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or community pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions and pharmacology.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Letter from a Pastor confirming good standing in the church.
3. Clinical Officer
Job Summary
The Clinical Officer will provide medical care, diagnose illnesses, and oversee treatment plans for patients in the health centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment.
- Provide basic surgical procedures and emergency care.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend follow-up treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Valid practising license from the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Letter from a Pastor confirming good standing in the church.
