Job Description
The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a competent candidate. The candidate should be qualified and able to establish internal controls and processes for credit assessments, reviews, monitoring and recovery. The Candidate will be reporting to the Head of Hospital Cluster, He/she will provide leadership to ensure efficient quality health services. Qualifications: High level of professionalism Bachelors degree in Business Related Course Previous Experience in a busy facility Knowledge of Insurance Industry A minimum of 5 years of Experience Skills Customer Focus Team player Result oriented Individual Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent Analytical skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Establish Internal Controls for credit assessments Co ordinate achievement of collection targets Build and lead in partnership relationship management Update hospital team on contractual regulations Demonstrate good leadership to credit team Ensure improved credit control measures
