REQUIREMENTS
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) mean grade C or its equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Mental Health, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Registration certificate issued by the Kenya Medical Social Workers Association (KEMSWA).
Must hold a valid practicing license.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Addressing the psychosocial effects related to patients' medical diagnoses, prognosis, and future resettlement needs.
Providing professional counseling for patients, particularly those affected by pandemic diseases, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, and epilepsy.
