REQUIREMENTS
Certificate in Community Health, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or Community Development from a recognized institution.
Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting home visits to assess health situations and engage in dialogue with household members.
Sensitizing communities on health interventions and identifying common ailments or minor injuries at the community level.
Collecting and analyzing health data at the household level.
Distributing Information Education Communication (IEC) materials, mosquito nets, and other health commodities to households.
Identifying defaulters of health interventions and referring health cases to appropriate facilities.
Maintaining and updating health records using established health registers.
