Job Summary
The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinic, providing strong team leadership, and ensuring the delivery of excellent client care. This role requires a professional with a health-related degree or diploma, a valid practice license, and significant experience in a clinical or supervisory role. The ideal candidate will also possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of sexual and reproductive health.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the center.
Lead the team effectively through delegation, supervision, coaching, and motivation.
Ensure the delivery of excellent client-focused services.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of management and administration.
Convey messages clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Understand and use financial information, such as balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, to inform business decisions.
Uphold a high level of professionalism in managing clients and staff.
Collaborate effectively as a team player, both giving and accepting constructive criticism.
Remain calm under pressure and adapt flexibly to meet service needs.
Ensure a high regard for confidentiality and ethical integrity.
Provide clinical expertise and support as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a health-related field (e.g., nursing or clinical medicine).
Must be registered and in possession of a valid Practice License from the relevant registering council.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Centre Manager in a reputable organization is mandatory.
Candidates with over 4 years of supervisory clinical roles from a tertiary level facility are also eligible to apply.
Over 3 years of work experience as a Service Provider in a reputable hospital/medical facility.
Must have training and practicing knowledge of Sexual Reproductive Health (FP-LARC and PAC).
Business and management training will be an added advantage.
Proven clinical experience and a demonstrable commitment to continuous learning.
