Job Summary
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care, as well as educating patients and their families for long-term recovery. This position is for an empathetic and skilled professional committed to improving the quality of life for others.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the specific needs of patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's condition.
Provide clear education and guidance to patients and their families to support long-term recovery.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Administer a variety of treatments, including manual therapy, exercise, and electrotherapy.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set by the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya.
Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
A current Registration and Practice License with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or outpatient setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in the German language (B1+) is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
