Job Summary
The HealthCare Assistant Tutor will be responsible for delivering the curriculum, planning lessons, and managing the classroom effectively. The role requires a strong background in nursing, community health, or healthcare assistance, along with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver the HealthCare Assistant curriculum in a professional and engaging manner.
Plan and prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials.
Manage the classroom environment to foster an effective learning experience.
Evaluate student performance through a variety of assessment methods.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students to support their academic and professional growth.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare assistance.
Participate in curriculum development and review as needed.
Ensure all training adheres to the standards of the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) and other regulatory bodies.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, or Healthcare Assistance.
A Higher Diploma in Medical Education or a related field is an added advantage.
Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) or another recognized health regulatory body.
Skilled in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and classroom management.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent research and critical thinking skills.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to the institution's schedule and needs.
