Job Summary
The Nurses/Nurse Aids will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care and support to patients. These roles are open to candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Nursing and at least one year of experience. The successful candidates will be part of a caring team dedicated to putting patients first.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide patient care and support, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Assist medical officers in conducting patient assessments and examinations.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and other health data.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-care instructions.
Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and treatment rooms.
Assist in medical procedures and minor surgeries.
Ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment for all patients and staff.
Handle medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations as required.
Ensure compliance with all medical ethics and professional nursing standards.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate effectively with the entire healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Handle confidential patient information with discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
A deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
The ability to handle diverse patient cases with compassion.
