Job Summary
The Clinical Officer will be responsible for a wide range of clinical duties, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination. The role requires a professional with 2-3 years of experience who can work collaboratively to provide comprehensive patient care.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assessment and Diagnosis:
Take detailed patient histories.
Perform physical and psychological examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab tests, imaging).
Identify and accurately diagnose various health problems and conditions.
Treatment and Management:
Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Prescribe medications or therapy based on licensure.
Perform minor procedures, such as minor surgery and wound care.
Manage chronic illnesses and closely monitor patient progress.
Patient Education:
Explain diagnoses and treatment options in a clear and understandable manner.
Advise on lifestyle changes, preventive care, and medication adherence.
Empower patients to actively participate in their health decisions.
Care Coordination:
Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, and pharmacists, to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
A valid practicing license.
