Job Summary
Our client, St. Dominic Savio Catholic School, is seeking to recruit a qualified and dependable School Bursar to manage and oversee the school’s financial operations with utmost professionalism and integrity. This role is crucial for maintaining the school's financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day school finances, including processing payments and managing receivables efficiently.
- Prepare budgets, meticulously track expenses, and generate comprehensive financial reports for management.
- Maintain accurate student fee records and diligently follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies, upholding high standards of financial governance.
- Support the school administration with financial planning and provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and meticulously maintain all financial documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
