Job Summary
Are you passionate about food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and training teams for excellence? Our client, a fast-growing fast food chain specializing in pizza and chicken, is hiring a hands-on and committed Operations & Quality Control Officer. This crucial role will ensure consistent product quality, lead staff training, manage kitchen stock, monitor food safety compliance, and standardize recipes to maintain excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent quality control of all food items, including pizza, chicken, sides, and beverages.
- Lead continuous training of kitchen staff on production processes, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the accountant to manage kitchen stock levels (ingredients, packaging, etc.) efficiently.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
- Support the standardization of recipes and portioning to ensure product consistency and effective cost control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in a fast food, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or food production setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and kitchen operations.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- A natural trainer and team motivator, passionate about developing staff.
- Previous experience in stock control or kitchen supervision is a plus.
- Diploma or Degree qualification in related field
