Job Summary
The Admissions Associate will play a crucial role in educating potential students about Zetech University's programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting student reporting targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Educating customers about Zetech University's programs and how they align with their career aspirations.
- Meeting agreed student reporting targets.
- Offering excellent and convincing guidance to clients to ensure enrollment.
- Following up on all inquiries made on social media, via calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
- Responding to customer inquiries via social media, calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
- Participating in outreach and activation marketing activities.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and collecting and disseminating customer compliments.
- Compiling accurate inquiry and registration reports.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, PR, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A qualification in digital marketing or other professional marketing qualification is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in service sales and marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing of a service or in a call center is an added advantage.
- Registration with a professional body is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
