Bamburi cement is looking for qualified and competent electrical technician to fill in the gap in the maintenance department and electrical and instrumentation section provides for critical plant maintenance.
Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be tasked with the following roles;
- Perform all assigned duties in line with the company rules and regulations ensuring safety and that of others.
- Perform all electrical jobs as directed by the respective supervisor
- Locate electrical faults and repair them.

Job Overview:
Bamburi Cement is looking for a mechanical technician to work in the maintenance department to ensure efficient mechanical services are offered. Taking into consideration the production process and safety requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be tasked with the following roles:
- Perform all tasks in compliance with company policies and operation standards.
- Perform maintenance roles in all assigned projects
- Draft proposals on equipment improvement for better performance.
- Keep and maintain the work area clean.
- Perform all risk assessment prior task execution.
- Perform on call duties as outlined.
- Perform all roles as safety requirements and company procedures.
- Contribute in training of apprentices as needed.
- Give feedback to the supervisor when maintenance is underway or scheduled.
- Performed any other role as assigned by the supervisor.
- Do machine inspection and give feedback to the supervisor immediately whether verbal or written.
- Ensure daily reports on equipment handling are handed daily.
- Always give supervision services to contractors working with the team.
Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- A minimum in three years experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
