The General Practitioner will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical care services, managing a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Management: Conduct thorough patient consultations, including history-taking and clinical examinations, to diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions.
Disease Management: Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, ensuring timely intervention.
Preventive Health: Provide preventive care services, including routine health screenings, immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and health education.
Continuity of Care: Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure continuity and quality of care for patients of all ages.
Diagnostic Procedures: Perform and interpret basic diagnostic tests and procedures routinely encountered in a primary care setting.
Minor Interventions: Conduct minor surgical and therapeutic procedures as necessary.
Referral Coordination: Assess when to refer patients to specialized care and coordinate with specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Medical Degree: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution.
Licensure: Valid medical license and registration with the Kenya Medical and Dental Council.
Additional Training: Certifications in ATLS, BLS, and ACLS are mandatory.
Clinical Experience: At least three (3) years of post-internship experience in general practice, accident and emergency, or an ICU setting.
