Job Summary
Stratostaff is seeking Registered Nurses who are prepared to deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with German healthcare standards and patient safety protocols. This opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and new graduates, with a strong advantage for those with German language proficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with German healthcare standards and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to recognize symptoms of various diseases and assess and evaluate the patient's condition.
- Provide care services to patients: basic hygiene, nutrition, and mobility assistance.
- Administration of prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the safe and appropriate use of medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Assist with procedures and exams, which involves preparation of the patients, management of equipment, and documentation of the findings.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals and staff.
- Management and supervision of patients in various hospital departments.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Perform meticulous and accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Maintenance and care of medical equipment to ensure optimal usage.
- Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing (KRN/KRCHN).
- Must hold a valid current license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
- Open to both experienced nurses and new graduates.
- German language proficiency up to B2 level is a strong advantage. Candidates without German language certification are encouraged to register for language classes with CMTI, Stratostaff's partner institute in preparing candidates for German language training.
