What to Expect (Key Responsibilities)
- Prepare lists of target customers following company guidelines; visit these customers regularly as per set targets.
- Ensure that orders are booked from hospitals and pharmacies within your area; manage timely payments for these orders while keeping a current wholesaler stock tracker updated.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients in your area along with influential figures like Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); utilize these connections for scientific events aimed at maximizing prescriptions for Shalina Healthcare's offerings.
- Promote awareness about Shalina Healthcare Products by effectively communicating their benefits along with promotional offers like discounts or gifts.
- Execute marketing strategies including CMEs (Continuous Medical Education), RTMs (Reach to Market/Retailer Meet), BFMs (Brand Focus Meetings) to ensure high-quality yet affordable products reach consumers across your region efficiently.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
