Job Summary
Maua Methodist Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to ethical practice, aligning with the hospital's faith-based mission.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- MBCHB from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.
- Registered with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
- Possess a valid private practicing License.
- Experience in Outpatient/Surgical departments is preferred.
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate assigned goals.
- Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice.
- Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a team player and a team leader.
- Must have management skills.
- Should have problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle both internal and external communication.
- Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills.
- Must have knowledge in the use of MS office packages.
- Must be a born-again and committed Christian with evidence of maturity in faith.
- Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities.
