Duties and Responsibilities:

- Registration and valid practicing license from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking patient history, examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Implementing community healthcare activities.
- Guiding and counseling patients and staff.
- Sensitizing patients on preventive and promotive health.
- Minor surgical procedures.
- Collecting and compiling clinical data and referrals.
- Requirements for Appointment:
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or Clinical Medicine and Community Health.
- Registration certificate from Clinical Officers’ Council.

- Decontaminating working benches.

- Addressing psychosocial effects related to patients' diagnosis and prognosis.
- Counseling patients in cases of pandemic diseases, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, epilepsy, etc.

- KCSE mean grade C or equivalent.
- Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or Mental Health.
