Job Overview.
Lifecare Hospital is seeking to recruit a competent nurse into it's team to increase efficiency in service delivery. The successful candidate will be technically reporting to his or her immediate supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities.
Successful candidate will be tasked with the following roles:
- Offer nursing services to our esteemed clients at our facility.
- Assist and provide efficient & Excellent Nursing services to clients
- Attend and contribute to educational conferences
- Assist and act as the team lead in delivery and supervision of patient care
- Charts nursing documents as per the requirements and regulations
- Exercise sound judgment and decision making when delivering services
- Maintain extreme patient confidentiality as per the Nursing practice ethics.
- Administer drugs as per the prescription and treatment guidelines
- Perform simple nursing procedures as per the nursing practice scope and training level.
- Supervisor and co-ordinate services being offered by other healthcare assistants.
- Support and participate in provision of patient and family education.
- Perform any other nursing duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications.
Interested Candidates should meet the following;
- A Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- A valid practice license.
- A Registration certificate from Nursing Council of Kenya.
- No Experience required.
- Excellent Nursing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
